Verifluence operates on an invitation-only basis for operators. You'll receive an invitation from the Verifluence team before you can create an account.
Getting started
1. Receive your invitation
The Verifluence team will send you a unique invitation code by email. This code is single-use — once you register, it can't be used again.
2. Complete the signup form
Enter your details:
- Brand name and company name
- Website URL
- Contact person name and email
- Country of operation
Submit the form along with your invitation code. Your account is created immediately.
3. Sign in with a one-time PIN
Verifluence doesn't use passwords. Every time you sign in, we send a 6-digit PIN to your registered email address. Enter the PIN to access your account. The PIN is valid for 10 minutes.
Why no password?
This approach removes the risk of stolen passwords entirely. Your email inbox is the only key to your account.
4. Complete your account setup
After your first login, you'll see a checklist to complete:

Your KYC documents are reviewed by the Verifluence team. Once approved, your account is fully active.
Account status

| Pending review | Account created; KYC documents submitted |
| Active | KYC approved; full access to the platform |
| Suspended | Account temporarily deactivated |
